Is there a blueprint to becoming a great agent?

A proof of concept was conducted to identify what drives agent productivity.

There are a 100 and 1 ways to make it as an agent. But, the goal was to map the opportunity management process to get the end-to-end journey on what the real experience as an agent is like.

Designing for user flows was critical

A large focus was placed on storytelling through data. The homepage needed to surface key metrics and performance trends at a glance, while deeper layers were designed to support task-based workflows with intuitive drill-downs.

Since the content was analytics-heavy, creativity was important with layout and component selection (i.e. incorporating movement) to maintain user engagement. Minimizing clicks and user dependency were core design principles.

Our final product was designed as a one-stop-shop that could convey an agent’s journey end-to-end
